International Orders
Welcome to Reloading International. We are proud to serve the international shooting and reloading community. We strive to provide excellent customer service and we are committed to making the international order process as easy and economical as possible. Export License
A Department of Commerce Export License is required to ship all firearms and may require to ship firearm parts, bullets, brass, and other reloading components out of the US. There are license exceptions that we can use and are determined on a case by case basis. The export license is valid for up to 4 years. Multiple orders can be put on one export license. Individual orders can be shipped separately at intervals that fit your needs with no additional paperwork. There is no charge for the export license
Shipping
We ship most our international orders via USPS Priority Mail insured. USPS is the most economical way for us to ship your order to you. Our shipping rates are our actual costs plus an $8 packaging/handling fee per box. Air freight is also available and can be very cost effective for larger orders. See shipping and Returns page for additional details and current shipping rates. Insurance provides a 100% guarantee against loss or theft and that you will receive your order or a full refund. Insurance covers the full value of your order excluding shipping. If, for some reason, your package is returned to us additional shipping charges to reship your package will apply.
Please note we CANNOT ship to a PO Box without prior approval from the Department of Commerce. There has to be a good reason (e.g., no delivery to physical address) and we must ask at the time we apply for the export license. To do so, we need a signed letter requesting permission to ship to a PO Box with justification.
Customs
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with your country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by your country’s laws. Duties, taxes and fees vary from country to country. Please check the regulations for your country. Information on duty and taxes can be found at your country’s National Customs Website. The recipient is the only person who can pay duty and taxes. We are not responsible for any duty or taxes on your order.
Placing an International Order
Orders that require and export license we will need a signed purchase order, either an import certificate or signed letter from you verifying that import certificates and permits are not required, and an end-user statement. We will gladly assist you with these documents. Please send an email to info@reloadinginternational.com for ordering assistance. Back Orders:
Yes, we do accept back orders. Product availability changes day to day, so back orders are fairly common. If you place an order for out of stock items your order will be shipped when the items are available. Should you place a combined order for in stock and out of stock items, your order will be shipped when all items are available unless you specify otherwise. If you wish for the in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please note this on your order. There will be shipping charges on each box shipped.

Shipping and Returns
General Shipping Terms
- Shipping costs, once shipping has initiated, are non- refundable.
- Shipments that have been rejected by a postal authority or shipping company and has been returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for re- shipment charges. Re- shipments may require a different method of shipping than the original method and may be at greater cost than the original shipping method.
- Customs charges, regardless of outcome of the customs process, are non- refundable.
- Costs of items damaged or lost during shipping, when not insured, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Reloading International is not liable for shipping to outdated address. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain profile with current shipping address.
- Reloading International will not be held responsible for refunding any fees that we do not collect.
Lost/Missing shipments
If your package is not delivered you MUST notify us within 3 months of date of shipment. We cannot initiate search of missing packages or file claims after 3 months. Failure to notify us will eliminate any chance of compensation.
A note about shipping weights
The stated shipping weights on our site are for USPS Medium Flat Rate boxes and are packed weights. For example, we can ship 20 pounds in an international flat rate box and includes the box, packing and all paperwork. If the packed weight of your order exceeds the maximum shipping weight for a flat rate box we will contact you.
Domestic
We strive to provide fast and economical shipping. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and you can expect to receive your order in 2 to 3 workdays after we ship. Domestic orders are shipped for a flat rate fee (including Alaska and Hawaii).

UK post does not allow anything firearm related. All UK orders are shipped via air freight. Please contact us for details and pricing.
Other Shipping Options
We also ship Air and Sea Freight depending on country, size of the shipment, and item being shipped (e.g., firearms). For large shipments air freight can be most economical. Please email for a quote.
We CANNOT ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. They will not accept anything firearm related.
Returns
We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a 100% refund. Refund does not include shipping charges.
If you want to return an item, send an email to info@reloadinginternational.com with your request for a refund. Ship the item to us using the carrier of your choice. Please ship to: Miken Inc., Reloading International, 5006 NW B Avenue, Suite B, Pendleton, OR 97801. We will provide a 100% refund of the purchase price once we receive the item(s). Shipping charges to return goods are buyers responsibility.
